farewell tassie!

Sitting at Melbourne airport, sipping on my umpteenth beverage at the pub after sitting through 7 (of 9) hours wait for my connecting flight back home from Tassie. i'm exhausted! and delirious. but equally content and excited about the new friends and fans made in Tassie. It feels like i was on the road for much more than 2 weeks... and its not because i wasn't having fun. Tassie is one of those places that has all my favourite things, great food, wine, lots of arty folk, beauty, abundant wildlife and forests, cows and their cheese and chocolate coated raspberries. This trip i managed to see a little bit more of the island and revisit some favourite spots.
each of my performances were great in their own way, from the well known established venues to the up and coming venues spread around the island. It was a great trip and i'd like to thank everyone i met along the way for their generous hospitality, friendship, laughs and gratitude i received. i look forward to seeing you all again when i return!
