First Fridays at the Art Gallery of South Australia

The Art Gallery of South Australia are firing up Friday nights this summer by staying open after hours on the first Friday of every month. Hear great talks, unwind to live music and take in the latest exhibitions and displays.

Think of the Gallery as a launch pad for your weekend; have a bite to eat, something to drink and immerse yourself in art and culture with an amazing mix of eclectic characters – then lose yourself in the city as you head off to other gigs, shows and events.

On March 4th, the theme is "Magic ang Materiality". Be mesmerized by the magic when you join a guided tour of the 2016 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art: Magic Object. Hear from exhibiting artists and curator Lisa Slade and watch hair dressing evolve into an art form. Then unwind to the tunes of my band and I!
